He took the time to explain what he’d be doing and answer questions, then quickly got to work. Afterwards, he shared recommendations for maintaining dryer vent between cleanings and how to adjust air ducts that had been closed off at the furnace to half the basement (those 2 pieces of information were worth the cost of the entire visit!).
